What is included in the rental price?

• Full access to rental space from noon Friday to noon Sunday (or alternate days when requested)

• Use of 5ft round tables and foldable chairs for up to 240 people

• Full use of kitchen

• Arch moved to where you want before date(s)

Are there any aspects that cost more after the additional cost?

• Trash removal is an additional fee

• Extra days on either side of rental period is an additional fee per day added

Am I required to get rental insurance?

• Yes, rental insurance listing Hidden River Haven as the location is required.

Are pets allowed?

• Yes, as long as the renter supervises and cleans any messes, as per contract, after the event.

Is handicap parking available?

• Yes, we provide some signage and suggest those guests are notified and advised of handicap parking located near the venue.

Is smoking/vaping allowed? Yes & No

• No - Smoking and/or vaping  allowed in the building or within 50 ft. 

• Yes - We provide 2 smoking receptacles for your guests to discard cigarette butts when outside of the 50 ft radius. Per the contract, renter is required to police the area after the event and clean up the butts not properly discarded.

Do I need to bring my own wood if we want to use the firepit?

• Depends, we will supply some kindling and logs for your use. Any extended use of the firepit may require additional wood. We ask that you let us know if you will use the firepit before your event.
